Amounts due to the director
At the balance sheet date, the company owed £21,580 (2021 - £10,706) to the director of the company, of which £10,706 (2021 - £10,706) is included in accruals. In respect of the liability, there are no fixed repayment terms on the outstanding balance and no intertest has been charged during the year.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentational currency of the financial statements is Pounds Sterling, being the functional currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest Pound.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
