  • Advances and credits
    The company had advanced the director an unsecured interest bearing loan of £32,488 as at 31 March 2021 which was repaid in August 2021 In January 2022 the company provided an unsecured loan facility which bears interest at HMRC's Official Interest rate and is repayable on demand. The anount advanced as at 31 March 2022 was £41,285 and this has been repaid in full.
