1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents amounts receivable for the provision of medical services.

On incorporation 1 ordinary share of £0.01 was issued at par. On 20 March 2014 this ordinary share was reclassified as an ordinary B share. 10 ordinary A shares of £0.01 each were then issued at par and 83,199 further ordinary B shares of £0.01 each were issued at a premium of £0.19 per share.
