1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company has the |
support of its director for the foreseeable future. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Tangible fixed assets |
Freehold property | - |
The company's property is not depreciated as the director considers that its market value equates to its current |
book value and cost. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the |
balance sheet date.There is no provision necessary at the period end. |

unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to three) |
have been prepared. |
As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the period ended 31 January 2015 set out on pages three to six and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit. |
