Accountants' Report
In accordance with our terms of engagement, and in order to assist you to fulfill your duties under the Companies
Act 2006, we have prepared the financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2015 which comprise of the
Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and related notes.
We have prepared these financial statments based on the accounting records, information and explanations
provided to us. You have not instructed us to carry out and audit of the financial statements. For this reason, we
have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records, information or explanations given to us
and we, therefore, do not express any opinion on the financial statements.
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Two Tall (UK) Ltd in accordance with our terms of
engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare, for your approval, the financial statements and to
state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Two Tall (UK) Ltd and its Board of
Directors for our work on this report.
