1 General information

2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 28 (2021: 24 ).
3 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Included in debtors is a balance due from the director of £24,251 (2021 £8,319). Advances during the year amounted to £69,932 (2021 - £55,002) and repayments during the year amounted to £54,000 (2021 - £60,144). The loan is subject to interest at HMRC approved rates and is repayable on demand.
For the year ending 31 August 2022 , the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476; The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
