    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES Accounting Convention The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities. Turnover Turnover represents amounts till receipts and invoiced during the year, inclusive of Value Added Tax, this year. Tangible Fixed Assets No depreciation is shown, as it does not effect the tax situation. Stocks Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items.
