The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

3	Related party transactions

During the year, the company made the following related party transactions:

During the year, the director received loans of £31,500. Interest on this was charged at an annual rate of 2.5%. At the balance sheet date, the amount due from the director was £31,938.66.

For the financial year ending 28 February 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
