1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover policy

Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation has not been provided on the freehold property which is included at cost.

The property has not been depreciated or revalued. This is a departure from the disclosure requirements of the Companies Act 2006 and the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

5. Debtors

Included in Other debtors at 1 February 2104 were loans to the Directors. Mr I J Beeston owed £3020 and Mr J P Busby owed £7774. These were repaid on 10 October 2014.

6. Creditors: amounts falling due within one year

The bank loan is secured on the freehold property. Included in Other creditors at 31 January 2015 are loans from the Directors: Mr I J Beeston £45 and Mr J P Busby £1287. These loans are interest free and have no fixed repayment date.
