Principal Activities

The Company’s principal activity continued to be that of radio and television production.

Additional information

The remaining director notes with great sadness the passing of his father. David Cunliffe was the founder of, and creative force behind Own2Feet, which was the last venture in a long and illustrious career in television. His loss will be felt by those who knew him, and those who enjoyed his work.

For the year ending 30 June 2021 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
