2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
In common with many other businesses, the company has encountered difficult trading conditions
owing to the Covid 19 pandemic and, in addition, the issues regarding Brexit and how that will affect the
company's operations, create uncertainty over the company's ability to realise its assets and meet it
liabilities in the ordinary course of business in the future. However, the directors will continue to
support the company and have made operational changes to enable the company to continue to trade.
These trading conditions may continue for the foreseeable future, although advancements in medical
science continue to improve the outlook and Brexit issues are being resolved, so the directors believe
the actions they have taken are sufficient to mitigate any uncertainty and therefore have prepared the
financial statements on the going concern basis.

During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2021: 1).

For the year ending 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
