During the year A Jayabalan had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 30 April 2022 the company would be required to pay 32.5% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.
