1 General information

2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was Nil (2020: Nil).
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The total future minimum lease payments under finance lease agreements are £23,220 (2018: £42,660) with payments of £3,780 in more than one year but no later than five (2018: £23,220)
For the year ending 31 July 2021 , the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
