| Prior year adjustment - To comply with FRS 105, depreciation has now been provided at 1% on the building element of the company's investment property. Accordingly, the comparative 2020 accounts have been restated to incorporate total accumulated depreciation as at 31.07.2019 of £68,523. The corresponding adjustment has been made to reduce the reserves brought forward from a profit of £ 432,837 to a profit of £364,314 . Furthermore, the comparative 2020 Accounts has been further adjusted to provide for annual depreciation charge of £5,271 on this investment property for year ended 31.07. 2020. |
