Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees

The company has made an unsecured interest bearing  loan facility available to the director. As at 31 March 2021 there was a balance of £57,371 on the facility which has been subsequenlty repaid.


Director's confirmations

The director considers that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 11 March 2022.

Prior year adjustment

It has been identified that one of the properties included in the financial statements at a cost of £67,371 is owned personally by the director and not by the company. This property has been removed from the financial statements and the prior year profits adjusted for the accumulated depreciation that has been charged, totalling £4,042.
