3	Related party transactions

Mr RM Gillett, the director and shareholder, had a loan with the company that remained overdrawn during the year. Interest has not been charged on the loan.

The company paid rent to Mr RM Gillett, the director and shareholder. The amount paid in this financial year was £520 (2021: £520).
