1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 5 (2020: 5 ).
2. Capital commitments

3. Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, the company advanced an interest free loan of £20,000 to the director. The
loan, which is included in Current Assets, will be repaid in full on 30 June 2022
4. Charges on assets
Northern Bank Ltd has a fixed and floating charge over the company's assets.
For the period ending 31 December 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476.
- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
