For the year ending 30 June 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Transactions with related parties
During the year, Cornish Mead Co Ltd, a company of which Sophia Fenton is also a Director and shareholder, made payments of £2,347 (2018: £2,796) on behalf of Cornish Spirit Company Ltd. At the year end the balance due to Cornish Spirit Co Ltd was £16,411 (2018: £18,758).
