| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Going concern - cessation of trade |
| The financial statements have been compiled on the basis that the company is not a going concern. The |
| company ceased trading on 17 July 2009. |
| As a consequence all tangible fixed assets are accounted for as current assets restated at net realisable value. |
| All liabilities of the company are accounted for as current liabilities. |
