For the year ending 30 April 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Company activities and impact

We have continued to increase our production form just on social media in to satellite television. As a result we are able to reach out to large number of our community who do not have internet access. Our purpose is to become a voice for the voice less to our community. We will continue our daily production and we will make sure our community is fully informed on what is going in the UK and other parts of the glob.

Consultation with stakeholders

We have continued with consultation via public meetings to get approval as well as feed back from the community. Further more we we receive regular communication from our community via email and social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube.
