| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Although the balance sheet shows total net liabilities in the directors opinion the accounts have been prepared on |
| a going concern basis due to the full financial support of the shareholders. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
