1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Maintenance fund: The directors have agreed to make provision for a programme of future works to maintain the car park. The amount agreed was £2,000.
Bad debts: The directors have agreed that it would be prudent to make provision for bad debts. The amount agreed was £500.

Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.
