1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover policy

Turnover is the total amount receivable by the company for goods supplied and services provided, exclusive of VAT

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation is calculated to write down the cost less the estimated residual value of all tangible fixed assets over their expected useful lives on a straight line basis. The rates generally applicable are: Computers & Office Equipment 33.33%

Other accounting policies

The accounts do not include a cash flow statement because the company, a small reporting entity, is exempt from the requirement to prepare such a statement.
