| During the year the company made loans, repayable on demand, to a director, Mr J S J Hayes, in the amount of £27,159 (2013 - £9,672) and the director made repayments of £20,256 (2013 - £903). The outstanding balance, included in Other debtors at the year end is £16,026 (2013 - £8,929). Interest has been charged to the director at the rates of 4% and 3.25%. |
