| During the year the company jointly advanced funds to the directors, D Eadie & T Eadie. Interest was charged on the loan at the HMRC official rate of interest on beneficial loans. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £143,561 (2020: £206,481) and the balance outstanding at the year end was £70,049 (2020: £83,926). This amount is included within other debtors and there are no fixed terms of repayment. |
| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is Gilmarde House, 47 South Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 9AB. |
| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
