  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • Advances and credits
    At 31 July 2021 there were the following loans to directors:

    A director was overdrawn on their loan account by £2,127 (2020 : £20,521). Interest of £280 (2020 : £309) was charged on the loan at the official rate. The maximum amount overdrawn at at any time during the year was £20,521(2020 : £20,521).

    A director was overdrawn on their loan account by £10,502 (2020 : £28,024). Interest of £429 (2020 : £506) was charged on the loan at the official rate. The maximum amount overdrawn at at any time during the year was £28,024 (2020 : £28,024).

    The total amount overdrawn at the year end was £12,629 (2020 : £48,545).
