6. Post balance sheet events
In common with many other firms, the pandemic continued to affect the company after the year-end, and has continued to do so up to the date of filing. The director has undertaken not to demand repayment of the loan they made to the company till at least the 2022 filing date, and assets are adequate to meet other liabilities till then.
