The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
Prior Period Errors

The comparative figures have been restated to correct errors in the previous periods accounts as under:

Creditors: amounts falling due within one year have been restated to include the liability for corporation tax of £14,512

Current assets have been reduced by £16,825 for expenses incorrectly debited to a directors loan account in the year ended 31 December 2019 of £5,900 and for the previous two years of £10,925.

Capital and Reserves have been reduced by £16,825 for the above expenses.
