Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with
the Companies Act 2006, and with applicable Accounting Standards issued by the Accounting Standards Board.

Fixed assets Investments
The investment is stated at cost, less provision for diminution. The investment comprises unlisted
equity and loan note investments .
Included within fixed asset investments is a majority shareholding in the company in which Seven Mile CP BCT Limited has invested, together with the loan note receivables acquired as part of the investment in that company.
