1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the Period amounted to 2 .
The company did not trade during the Period and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the Period ending 31st May 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
