The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue to trade in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
The director has considered the net current liabilities position and the obligations of the company and indicated his support so that the company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
The presentation currency of the financial statements is Pound Sterling (£). All monetary amounts are rounded to the nearest £.
During the year, the company has been affected the Covid-19 pandemic. Government grants are recognised in accordance with the accrual model.
The company has taken advantage of the Government's furlough scheme to cover the cost of employees’ wages whilst in lockdown.
The company received a Small Business Grant Fund payment as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The company has also taken out a bounce back loan which is 100% guaranteed by the Government with the first years interest charge being covered.
