The directors present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2021.

Chartered accountants' report to the board of directors on the preparation of the unaudited statutory financial statements of TT Litho Limited for the year ended 31 January 2021

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of TT Litho Limited for the year ended 31 January 2021 which comprise the profit and loss account, the balance sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at https://www.icaew.com/regulation.

This report is made solely to the board of directors of TT Litho Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 06 February 2020. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of TT Litho Limited  and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the board of directors of TT Litho Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release TECH07/16AAF. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than TT Litho Limited and its board of directors, as a body, for our work or for this report. 

It is your duty to ensure that TT Litho Limited has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and result of TT Litho Limited. You consider that TT Litho Limited is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.

We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or review of the financial statements of TT Litho Limited. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.

For the year ended 31 January 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 21 October 2021.

General information

TT Litho Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales, company registration number 11071957. The address of the registered office is Seaplane House, Sir Thomas Longley Road, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4DP. The company did not trade during the period.

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

The company's financial statements are presentd in Sterling and all values are rounded to the nearest Pound.
