The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021.

Principal activity

The company was dormant throughout the current year and prior year.

Directors

The directors who served during the year was:

Mr M.B. Sansom

Mr A.P. Sansom, who was a director at the start of the year, resigned on 19 June 2020. Mr B.F. Sansom, who was a director during the year, resigned on 12 May 2021.

Small companies note

In preparing this report, the director has taken advantage of the small companies exemptions provided by section 415A of the Companies Act 2006.

For the year ended 31 March 2021 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 11 October 2021.

1.	General information

Cromwell Truck Sales Limited is a private company limited by share incorporated and dominciled in England. The address of the registered office is Rutland House, 148 Edmund Strett, Birmingham, B3 2FD.

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

2.2

Profit and loss account

The company did not trade during the year or the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company receievd no income and incurred no expenditure, and therefore made neither a profit or a loss. Accordingly, no profit and loss account is presented.

Employees

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the year was 2 (2020 - 3).
