ACCOUNTING CONVENTION

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the

Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the period ended 31st December 2014.

2.	COMPANY STRUCTURE

authorised or issued share capital.
