1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Fixtures and fittings - 10% on reducing balance

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

5. DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

During the year Mr & Mrs Roberts sold two properties to the company for a total of £227,000. This was done at
open market value following a valuation by Haywoods Gallagher Hyde,estate agents on 2nd May 2015.
