    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for smaller Entities (Effective 2008). The Director has agreed to continue to support the company for the foreseeable future and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents all revenue from contracts received for the period under received.
