The abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Basis of preparing the financial statements

Service charges receivable and related costs are transacted through a service charge account, which is separate

from the accounts of the landlord management company, Southmill Court (Bishops Stortford) Management

Limited.

Accounting convention

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the

Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.
