  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    A. The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention. and in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

    Turnover policy

    Income is calculated as contractually agreed between the parties on assignment by assignment basis and encompasses recoveries of amounts payable for the work outsourced plus profit margin.

    Other accounting policies

    The controlling party is the director himself.
