  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the amounts receivable for goods sold and services provided, net of VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation, which has been provided at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value , over the expected useful life of each such asset. The rates applied are 15% on a reducing balance basis for fixtures and fittings. Freehold property is not depreciated.
