The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

For the year ending 31 July 2021 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

• 1. Accounting policies

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards under the historical cost convention. The company has taken advantage of the exemptions in Financial reporting Standard No. 1 from the requirement to produce a Cash Flow statement on the grounds that it is a small company.

  Turnover policy

  Turnover is the total amount receivable by the company for services provided net of VAT. The turnover and operating profit for the period was derived from the company’ s principal activity as was carried out wholly in the UK.
