In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Matt Gregory Artist Management Ltd for the period from 24 October 2019 to 31 October 2020 as set out on pages 4 - 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

1 Statutory information
