The director has provided a long term loan to the company. The balance at 31st October 2022 was £32,000 ( 2021 £67,000) and has an interest rate of 3% (2021 2%)
For the year ending 31 October 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
