| One of the directors, Mrs R C MacEachern owns 90% of the issued share capital and is therefore the controlling party, and, by definition, a related party. |
| The other director, Mr C F MacEachern owns the remaining 10% of issued share capital and is married to Mrs R C MacEachern, and is therefore also a related party. |
| Included in debtors at the year end is an amount owed by the directors of £ have repaid £5,954 of this amount since the year end by way of undrawn dividends and undrawn salary. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
| (a) | ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and |
