Principal Activities

The Company was responsible for the maintenance of the common areas of the Oak Mews development during the period. There were no activities in this regard apart for re-arranging third party liability insurance.

4.Profit or (Loss) before tax

During the period, the Company renewed third party liability insurance to cover the common areas of the Oak Mews development and sought to recover the premium plus bank charges in equal amounts from the shareholder property owners.

5. Creditors: amounts falling due within one year note

A short term loan had been provided by the Director to enable the Company to pay the insurance premium prior to recovering from the property owners.
