1. Accounting policies
Basis of measurement and preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102 Turnover policy
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assers are neasured at cost less accumulative depreciation and any accumulative impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assers, other than freehold land, at writes calculated to write off cost, less estimated residual value, of each asset evenly over its expected useful life, as follows:Plant and machinery - over 4 years

The Company sets out to promote and organise an annual music festival in early August each year featuring international, national and local performers and artists.
We ask everyone attending the festival (ticket holders, volunteers and performers) to complete a post-festival questionnaire that allows us to collect information to inform planning for future years.We engage with local businesses to understand the impact the visitors have on the local economy.We engage with local arts organisations to forge relationships and develop the artistic offering we are providing access to at the festival.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
