1. GOING CONCERN
On 11 March 2020 the World Health Organisation declared the Covid 19 outbreak a pandemic and the consequent travel restrictions implemented by the Government caused the trade of the company to be put on hold
The directors have considered the situation but are confident that with the continued support of the loan creditors, and having taken advantage of a Government backed Bounce Back loan the company will be able to open for a substantial turnover once foreign travel facilities are restored.
