Director of the company
The director who held office during the year was as follows:
Going concern
As with most businesses we have been impacted by the Coronavirus (Covid 19). This has had an impact on our operations, customers, suppliers and staff. We have utilised the grants and benefits available from the Government and we are taking all the steps we can to protect the future of our business. Although the total impact is still uncertain the director believes that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis. We are engaged in a number of revenue generating income streams in an attempt to mitigate the impact of the last 18 months and these include preparing and submitting furlough claims for our clients.
We also continue to take on new clients either forming new businesses or changing Accountants and we expect this trend to continue.
Small companies provision statement
This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
