STAYFIELD_LIMITED - Accounts

The following advances and creditors to a director subsisted during the year ended 30 June 2020.

During the financial year amounts were advanced to the director of £540 (2019: £516) from the company. Repayments of £810 (2019: £145) were made to the company from the director during the year.

At the balance sheet date £22,042 (2019: £22,312) was repayable to the company from the director, this amount is included in ‘other debtors’.

These amounts are unsecured and repayable on demand.

As at 30 June 2020, the company had total commitments, guarantees and contingencies of £nil (2019: £nil).

The average number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 1 (2019 - 1).

Stayfield Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Pillar House, 113/115 Bath Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, GL53 7LS.

For the year ended 30 June 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
