| 3. | DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
| During the year, director Mr M Preisler, provided a loan to the company. At the start and end of the year the balance stood at £1,500. |
| This loan is interest free and is repayable on demand. There are no other principal terms attached. |
| During the year, Preisler Construction Limited, a company under common control, provided a loan of £22,000 which remains the balance at the end of the year. |
| This loan is interest free and is repayable on demand. There are no other principal terms attached. |
| 4. | GOING CONCERN |
| The financial statements are prepared using a Going Concern Basis. The director has confirmed that he (and his associated company) will continue to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the balance sheet date. The director has reported that the company is likely to generate additional turnover and is forecast into profitability within the year ended 30 September 2021. |

| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Just the Design Ltd for the year ended 30 September 2021 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |
