Appraisal of the investment properties has been made by the directors on an open market basis. In the opinion of the directors, the open market value as at 31st March 2022 is £2,280,000 (2021: 2,280,000). No depreciation is provided in respect of these properties. |

At the end of the year the director , Mr E Benyon owed an amount of £180,041 (2021 : £20,270) to the company. |
As at the year end as amount of £112,126 (2021: £96,747) was owed from CV Investments Limited, an associated company in which Benyon Properties has a 90% shareholding and Edward Benyon is a director. |
As at the year end as amount of £200,163 (2021: £200,305) was owed to Riverside Arches Limited, a company in which Edward Benyon is a director and shareholder. This loan is interest free and unsecured but repayable on demand. |
